I got a Massey Harris 55 diesel with a hand clutch, as well as a similiar parts tractor. The tractor is in good condition, fresh paint, and 75% rear 18*34 goodyear tires. Motor in great shape. I was just wondering what has been the going rate (price) for something like this.

Okay, I am going to quote a book that has been severely wrong in the past, so take accordingly. $800 poor to $2000 excellent. Auction and Retail prices were similar.

Your area will play a role, too.

Let's go Mountaineers

Saw your entry on the discussion board...

Are you still interested in a parts tractor? My Father has a diesel model 55. The problems are, it's in California, engine is complete, but blown, and the tires are oversized and flat. But I figure it's 90% complete. He would probably give it to you if you hauled it away.

If you know of anyone, let me know..

Thanks!
