Does anyone know about MF 356 shovel loader? I'm looking at one, it doesnt want to go backwards really well. Its like clutch slipping (goes better in low gear than higher). It has torque converter instant reverse trans. 2 gears and 2 ranges. Are parts still available and how are they priced? All comments about this machine are welcome! Thanks

The instant reverse trans was used in a lot of machines for many years. Go to MF Agricultural Tractors Start Page. Then go under My MF industrial site. There is a brochure for the 356 shovel loader. Click on the picture and after it comes up, click the little box in the lower right corner to make it larger. You might have to move the mouse around to get the enlargement box to come up. Dave
