HI FELLAS....BACK AGAIN. THE OTHER DAY I POSTED ABOUT MY MF275 DEISEL'S BROKEN 3PT. I HAD JUST GOTTEN IT BACK FROM A VERY REPUTIBLE SHOP, BUT IT ONLY WILL LIFT AN IMPLEMENT A FEW INCHES OFF THE GROUND. THE ANSWERS I GOT WERE VERY HELPFUL FROM YOU GUYS (THANKS). BUT WHAT I DIDN'T MENTION IS THAT THE LIFT IS TRYING TO DO ITS JOB. FOR EXAMPLE, WITH THE LEVER IN UP POSITION, I CAN GO BEHIND THE TRACTOR AND PICK UP A 7' DISC (STRONG BACK, RIGHT?) BUT WHEN I LET GO, THE 3 PT JUST DROPS THE DISC. WHEN EMPTY, THE 3 PT WILL LIFT ALL THE WAY UP. IT'S ACTING LIKE ITS NOT STRONG ENOUGH. ALL FLUIDS ARE AT FULL LEVEL. I'LL BE GRATEFUL FOR ANY HELP. THANKS

The master control spring letting the draft sensing plunger pull back to far and neutralizing the pump control valve is a very common problem on both the MF100 and MF200 series tractors. The link posted below has a picture that shows how you remove the top link and connect a chain between the rear housing and the implement to check that. The other picture show how to adjust the draft sensing bolt to eliminate that problem. If you have any questions email me
