I just bought a MH Pacer not running but in good shape and all but a few parts are there. I am having trouble finding the serial #. I thought it should be located on the right side front but no luck so I looked all over.I found the tag on the motor but most of it has been tore off so I can"t get any info from it. Is there anywhere else to look or anyway to track down the serial # ? Thanks, Mike

The Serial Number of the Pacer was located on a Rectangular Aluminum Tag on the Right Front Side of the Frame below the Governor. The Serial Numbers are not located anywhere else. The Pacers were only made from 1954 to 1956 a Total of 2767 were made. Hope this helps. If you need any other information or a source for parts email me.

Try looking on the flange of the transmission as ponys are stamped there.
