Do you have a front crankshaft driven pump that you are trying to get the belt past.

HI, the first thing as Big Dean has said is do you have a crank driven pump? If not and as '135 Fan' has said there is a place to fit the belt. Looking from the tractor seat you will find a 'hump' in the radiator cowl at about the 2 o'clock position. Line up each blade and ease the old belt through and then the new one on. It is a bit of a wangle but it can be done quite easily. Ensure that the belt is in the water pump pulley before you adjust. It is easy to think its in.

It's been a long time but I think I had to find the biggest gap between the fan and shrould and turn the fan so a blade was there. Then I kind of carefully forced the belt in. If it's too tight maybe you can just take the fan off? Hope this helps. Dave
