F40 High row crop rear tire sizes

I have a 1957 F40 high row crop, gasoline tractor.
It has the wrong rear tires. It has 28's on the rear.
The rear end sits lower than the front and the actual road speed is not corresponding right with the tack/speedometer.
This also causes lift problems because the angles are off. What are the correct rear tire sizes?

High Arch F-40, MH50, and MF50 all had (in modern tire size) 12.4"X38" rubber.
