Anybody know a source for (good, used) needles for a MF 10 baler? I ordered some from my local MF dealer--they've been back-ordered for about 6 weeks now, with no definite delivery date! My neighbor baled the last cutting for me, but I really don't want to impose again...and the fields are ready now. I need two. Am located in western Maryland.
thanks,
Tom

I am looking for some parts for an MF10 as well,
have had no luck finding a source with the exception of agco. Was hoping you might be able to point me in the right direction.
Thanks for your time.

Jami: if/when I hear of other sources, I'll let you know. My only parts source right now is my local Massey Ferguson dealer.

I'm told that depending on where you are, there are lots of these things still floating around...a guy in Canada told me many folks are still using them up there. Not in my area (western Maryland): balers are mostly New Holland, a few JDs, and my MF #10. Good luck to you, and if you find a source let me know, too.

I am doing this for my Dad who is rebuilding the MF10, he had called agco and they gave him the run-around. I run a bearing store and called them and was lucky enough to get a # for technical support, there computer system webs out to sources when given a part #. I found everything but this hood ring. Ironically, one was in canada.
If you want the phone #'s I will be happy to send them, they are primarily for parts, I don't even know what baler needles are, I have #'s from several different people from all parts of the country.

Thanks for your effort, Jami
