Hi, I have a MF165 mod 1974 with MP. My problem is a bad(weak) hydralic pump i think. If I lift 5-600 kg on the 3 point it fells slowly down if the idle is low. I also got trouble lifting it, doesn`t lift at all if the idle is low.
What can I do about it? Replace pump? Overhale it?
Overhale the lift cylinder?
Gratful for all comments!

Troubleshooting your hydraulic system is going to require at least removing the side cover (Right) and looking for obvious damage/leakage. Next get a pressure gauge and test the system pressure. It could be a bad pump, a bad standpipe seal or a leaky cylinder. HTH Aaron

Where do I mounth the pressure gauge? And what should I look after inside the right cover? Where will it leak, and will I see if something is damaged? The 3-point works fine if it`s not so heavy.
Thanks Aaron!

Remove side cover and shine a flashlight inside up toward the top deck. If there is no leak then no fluid should be seen leaking out. also look toward the stand pipe. for fluid leaking out of the seal.
