Choosing a bushog and a box blade

I recently purchased a 38 h.p. massey Fergurson, and I am trying to choose a bushog to mow about 8 acres of pasture and a box blade to grade our dirt road from time to time. The choices are endless, and I am unexperieced. Tractor Supply sells very resonably priced 6 foot rottary cutters and box blades. Other tractor deelers (J.D., Kubota...) tell me that that those will not last. Do you all have any advise?
Thank you.

I did a LOT of research before I bought a box blade and I ended up with a 72" LandPride series 35. I've not regretted it once.

You're going to get what you pay for but what you pay for is all you're going to get.

The LandPride is heavier and better built than any I've seen. It has 7 scarf teeth where others have only 5 or 6. The side steel is 5/16" and the structural members are very strong. I was told by those who work this kind of equipment that the difference in price often determines how much you use the equipment vs. how much you repair it.

The LandPride cost me just under $800 but I know from using it that it will never let me down. Just yesterday, I turned a 18' wide by 250' long private road with potholes and ruts, into a beautiful smooth road. The whole job took about 2 hours and I moved a lot of material.

Before you make your final choice, look at the LandPride. Whatever you chose, look at the quality of the welds, paint, construction, etc.

I have a 5 ft mower that came from TSC. They are not really that heavy, but if you are just going to mow grass and small brush it will do the job. Mine is about eight years old and has had a lot of use. Probally same goes for the box blade, just according to how you are going to use it
