MF135 GAUGE LIGHTS

I have a mf135 diesel and the gauge lights just stopped working. I have checked the fuse, replaced switch on sending unit, replaced light switch,and checked all connections. I have current to all gauge wires and all gauges work but the gauge lights won't come on. Has anybody encountered this before.

Jeff, Your problem is likely the "power supply"
Massey p/n 504771m91. A rectangular box with a
wire or pigtail coming out of it-I believe they
are black in color. This box supplies the current
for the instruments for the l00 series and in the
case of the 135 ended at SN 146750 and was not
needed. It is a spendy little part and someone
may have experience how to rewire? if that is even
possible. If you want to replace check MF and
other suppliers to cross ref. If all fails there
is one in Chilton, Wi. Details on that if you need
