My bucket will go up pretty good when cold but as the system gets warmed up it will barley move. I am thinking it may be the pump or pressure releif valve. Once up the bucket stays put and takes a long time to drop very much. I want to check the pressure but have no idea what it should be.

Does any body have any ideas?
Thanks Harry

Hi Harry Depending on where you are get hydraulics to run your loader from would have a lot to do with how much pressure it would have. It you are using a diverter valve that uses the three point pump it would be the system relief valve pressure that could be anywhere from 1750 to 2850 PSI depending what relief valve you have. If you have a crankshaft driven front pump it should be between 2100 and 2500 PSI. Those symptoms do usually indicate a weak pump.
