mf 30-b ind. no power steering

Went out to use the tractor and it has no steering. The steering wheel seems to spin freely with little or zero resistance whether the tractor is running or not. The fluid level seems to be ok. The tractor was fine the day before when I used it. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting this problem? Also I plan on ordering some manuals for this thing today. I keep seeing the initials TLB in the manual titles. Can anyone tell me what those initials stand for?

Hi Tom Check and fill the power steering reservoir with engine running it sound like it is low on fluid. You may have to bleed the air from the system by keepong the reservoir full with the plug out while turning the wheels from stop to stop till the air is all gone.
