Just wondering because I've seen quite a bunch of 1150s and 1155s w/turbos on them how does the drive train hold up? Also heard that they can be easily turned up to 180 hp by just tweaking the pump but again how does the tranny take it? Is it gearbox or rear end that gives up first?

Having worked on a few 1000 series and 2000 series v-8 masseys. I"ll tell you on the 1000 series the motor will give out long before the transmission and/or final drives will fail as a result of being turned up.
