hey big dean, or any body that might be able to help, got a question for ya.

my multi power on my 35 is leaking. i was just wondering if there is a way to place pressure on the system so i can check the other pressure points in the system that might cause the leak.

i would just hate to put 500 or so into replacing the pto input shaft and housing only to find out that it was a steel line or a junction where the line connects is leaking also or was my real problem.

thanks in advance for the help.

I use to have a tool I made from an old PTO clutch disc a piece of pto drive line tubing 2 inch outside diameter and about 12 inches long weld it to the hub of the pto disc welded a piece f flat plate on the other of the tubing with a 3/8'' bolt in the center to clamp in a drill motor.you can spin the pto input shaft and turn the Multipower pump then when you shift it to high range and it pressure the Multipower system you can see where it is leaking from. I have a sketch of this tool if you would like to have it send me an email address.

email sent big dean. thanks as always for the help!!!

just wondering what is most likely to be found.the housing or a line?

just to make sure i am just doing dumb as a box of rocks thing. if i spin the shaft and place it in multi-hi, the only two places it could leak would be the housing and or the steele line just about it. right?

thanks agan for all the help!!!!!
