I HAVE A 2000 231S AND MY HYDRAULICS ARE ONLY LIFTING MY ATTACHMENTS ABOUT HALF WAY UP. I CHECKED THE FLUID AND IT IS FULL AND VERY CLEAR.

CAN ANYONE HELP ON WHAT MIGHT BE THE ISSUE? COULD IT BE THE STRAINER?

THANKS,
JOHN

If your three point will lift all the way with nothing on it but not with a load on it the problem is probably the Master control spring causing your problem. If it will not come all the way up without anything on it either the levers are set wrong or the linkage is out of adjustment One or the other of the Draft or Position control levers has to be in the fully raised position (transport position) for the other one to operate the lift.

IT IS A 231 MODEL (231S) YEAR 2000. SEARCH 231S IN THE SEARCH FUNCTION FOR MORE INFO. TRACTOR
