I found out my MF 65 needs a new hydraulic pump, Does anyone know if they are the same as a Massey 88 or 90? Thanks

The pump from an 85 or 90 is the same style pump, but the similarity ends there. They won"t interchange.

Recently I rebuilt the pump out of one of my MF-35s. Overhauling your pump is not a big job once you have it out, which you must do to change it anyway.

You should be able to rebuild yours to nearly new condition for about $250 in parts and about 2 hours of your time (once the pump is out).

Of course rebuilt pumps are also available but I think they cost nearly $500 with exchange.

MF65 takes the same pump as the MF35. Spline varies on some MF models. Check photos on Bareco site to give you some idea. Rebuild kits are available and may be a better option. Check this site on what you would need to do.
