i bought a 1959 65 and spent a lot of money getting a new clutch assembly, seals, breaks, input shaft seals, pto seal, etc. If the rear wheels clunk when you shake it from side to side what do i need to know, also they worked on the shifter assembly putting new springs in so my neutral switch would work right and know it leaks in front of the plate buy the neutral switch any thoughts please.

I assume the springs was the detent springs. To replace them the transmission top has to be removed. My guess is they damage the transmission top gasket when they installed the top. If that is it the top would need to be removed and a new gasket installed. I always use a light bead of silicone sealer there

The clunk you are getting may be coming from slop in the planetary gear housing bearings. The planetary bearings need to be shimmed to get a .005" preload fit. When this is done there will be no end-play at the axle hub.
