Oil for all these services is supplied from the distribution valve bolted under the bonnet. That is fed from the outlet pipe from the power steering unit on the front bulkhead of the cabin. The oil then flows along a pipe down the right hand side of the tractor. It is teed off to supply the speedshift solenoid and the Hi-Lo selector valve, the main feed then goes to the Right hand side cover where you will see a row of solenoid valves. The pressure in this line should be 17bar. The solenoids are (from the top) pto brake-orange wire. pto clutch- green wire, diff lock- blue wire, 4WD- yellow wire, and Hi Lo range- grey wire. If you have a 17 bar feed pressure then check the power supply to the solenoids with the engine running, charge lamp and engine oil pressure lamp, and transmission oil prssure lamps ALL working and going out or the Autotronic computor will be in sleep mode. Let me know what you find as it starts getting complicated after this, but I have all my 3000 sereis training notes still at hand so should be able to get you sorted. Check the pressure anywhere between the distribution valve and the side cover first, must be 17 bar (multiply by 14.7 for p.s.i.) The speedshift solenoid is by the clutch housing on the right hand side-green wire. The filter blocked vacuum switch is blue wire andthe Hi-Lo switch on the selector housing is Live-red, Return white.
