on a 135 front wheels.is it possiable to buy just the outside''rims''and rivet them to the old centers which are still good?

You can buy the outside rim and put your old centers back in, but it's much easier to just get the entire rim and be done. Seems that most times a guy replaces the rim and puts the old center in it, it's got a really bad wobble because it wasn't centered very well. If you still want to get just a centerless rim, or even a full rim, try Miller tire.
