Do i have to look far and wide for a 1150 V8?
I looked at 2000 series massey,s , told they were no good,
then I looked at 1155, and this guy said that i didnt want a v8 in a massey,
Iss this part of kansas, bad for massey,s Or is it that there are no dealer,s out here in North kansas, but plenty od JD dealer,s out here,
Arghhhh!
If I have to go to another state to get one of these ,I will with no reservation,

The people saying the Massey V-8 is no good probably never had one. Powerful, good handling, really a joy to run. One of my neighbors had a 4430 JD with a 3 pt hitch/saddle tank spraying rig on it. I borrowed it to spray with and he took my Massey 1155 to do some chisel plowing. There was no criticism of my Massey after that exchange. Buy one that has been cared for properly and you will be well satisfied.

Yes that,s it exactly,
When I drove an 1155 about a year ago, I fell in love with it,as It is a stud horse,
and the sound of that Perkin,s 540 is music to my ear,s,
Ill settle for an 1155, or 1150 , dont matter,
Was thinking of a 2745, or 75, I like those too,as they have the V8 in them too,
But, I think I like the 1150 or 55 better,as you say their really nice and you cant beat them for overall reliability with that sweet V8 Perkin,s,
As for sound,
Only Mozart could have done better!
