I Have recently purchased a TEA-20 tractor with a geniune Ferguson reduction box installed in it. I was wondering if anyone might have any usefull info or have access to some original manuals applicable to it. I am a restorer of tractors and also a member of the Harry Ferguson Tractor Club of Australasia and I intend to fix this tractor up and display it as it would be the only tractor in the club with one fitted and operational.

Stephen, If you write to Tom Cowper, c/o Friends of Ferguson Heritage, P.O. Box 62, Banner Lane, Coventry, England, explaining your requirements he may be able to help you. I have found the "club" a very valuable source of information re Ferguson TE tractors. For example if you send
your tractor's serial number, (on an alloy plate under and in front of the steering wheel), Tom will be able to give you the exact date your tractor was built, and how many others were built that day. Good luck, Pete.
