Remember the flasher problem I had with my 1085??? Can I now kill my 16 year old supposed-to-be-mechanic???? I popped that back light out a week or two ago, and guess what I found, a plug-in with no solenoid in it. He got chased fer a little ways anyhow. I can't catch him, tho, he's a cross country jock. State qualifier last year. But anyway, I plugged a solenoid in, and Voila, FLASHERS!!!! Boy was he embarrassed, though!!!

;-)

I've gotten that boy straightened out a lot since I got custody of him in January. He got his driver's license recently, and on the same day got a job. He's busting his butt this summer so he can get his Jeep up and running. He's working his regular job, plus working for me, and some of the neighbors. I think maybe I've rubbed off on him a little bit. He is now getting started stretching and running a bit to get ready for this fall's cross country season. His buddy that he runs with graduated this year and got a dual scholarship to a local college for both cross country and regular track.
