i don't think you are explaning things right first you don't use the PTO for plowing unless you have a tiller and not a plow ????and why do you think it's the PTO that is stuck ?? sounds more like the trans. is stuck in two gears

i found the same site, when i went ot buy parts at three different places they told me there is one such tractor. had to take them pic. but most 135 parst work on it. it is a good tractor. runs great. the first time the pto hung up my son hit a tree with the hay rake. this time my husband hit a stump in a friends garden, the old tractor pull the stump up but now the pto is stuck again.

Have you tried shifting to Neutral on tranny and disengage pto, then jack up rear end, then put a pipe wrench on the pto shaft and just gently tug in reverse direction.. see what it does?

Is there alot of play in the bearing, or lots of front / back play ont he shaft?
