Just had my tractor shipped when I moved. 3PT worked fine when it left. They unloaded it here without me, with the lift and a 5 ft blade stuck in the up position. Removed right side cover, moved control valve lever back and forth, nothing. Both vertical rods are in front of the roller, which matches manual, but I read a post that said one rod on either side of roller? If pushing control lever won't relieve pressure, what else would be bound up? thank you

First off do you have a remote valve in front of the seat if you do be sure it is in the position to raise and lower the lift. Both of the vertical lever coming down from the top go in front of the roller in the pump control lever. Your problem sure sounds like the control valve is stuck in the raise position. Have you tried to push the pump control lever toward the back while the pump is turning that will usually get the valve loose you should feel a spring trying to push the pump control lever toward the front if not the valve is stuck and if pushing it to the back will not free it up then you will have to remove the pump to remove the control valve and clean the trash out of it or it could be the oscillator has came disconnected and is not rocking the valve. Thanks for replying. No remote hydraulics. With tractor off, all parts seem to move freely. With tractor running, When I push the control lever back, there is spring tension. When the control lever is to the rear, lift raises a few inches until it hits the upper limit. When I release the lever, it springs forward, the lift drops a few inches, then hangs up. I'm sorry, but I don't understand "while the pump is turning" Is pushing the lever to the rear what makes the pump turn?
