I think the tire said 14.9 x 28 maybe 24 I can"t remember but then it said on 13" rims. Is there other sizes I could use that maybe would be eaiser to find ?

CVC:

My MF-35 Deluxe has 12.4x28s and these are 1 size too small. Proper size is 13.6x28.

My other MF-35 has 14.9x24s. These were optionally available "floation" tires. I believe that the optional 24 inch rims are either 13" or 14" wide.

14.9x28 tires are taller and would likely interfer with the fenders unless adjusted out a bit.

14.9-28 sounds like a little big to be factory, maybe they were an option, of an add-on later on down the road. 28" rims were the stock size, with a 13.6-28, I think. That would be with a 12" wide rim. These tires and rims are relatively popular, and finding a new or used set should be no problem. You can go bigger, of course, but I would stick with something closer to stock.

The llop type rims are very common, shoot most fords use them. Theres a good number of places to find rims. Any good tractor dealer will have them or be able to get them and may even have some used ones

6-loop rims are pretty standard. Look on ebay, or try a local tractor dealership. If not, maybe look into a new set. They"re reasonably priced. I would go with a 13.6-28 tire on a 28x12" rim. Any rim with a 6-loop pattern should fit your centers. I hope this helps. Send me an e-mail if you need any help
