Hi Jober Your problem is caused by either bad seals in the forward clutch pack or the clutch discs in the clutch pack are worn out or probably some of both. Before you split it to repair it you need to put a gauge on it to be sure what it is doing. It should have 150 to 160 psi with both pedals up when you push the pedals down first one pedal and then the other when you push a pedal down the psi should drop for an instant then recover back to where is was with both pedals up. If it fails to recover with either pedal down then you have pressure leaking past the seals in that clutch pack. I have a picture that shows where to connect a gauge if you need it send me an email address.
