MH mustang question

My dad came into owning a mustang last summer, and has a question regarding the 3 pt hitch:

How does the center arm work on this tractor? There is a bar on the back end which looks like it could be used as the center stabilizer (I believe it's currently connected to the rear casting, and has a bend in it that attached to one of the side arms on the 3 pt). There are also other places up higher that it looks like this could attach, and with the bend be in the right place to work as the center arm - is that right or am I completely wrong?

Any help or pictures that could be send (or me directed to on other websites) would be greatly appreciated!

Is there a good place to find a tech manual for the mustang? This is his first MH, and although he's fine with the mechanical workins some of the other features and things of a MH are foreign to him.

Thanks in advance!

The stabilizer attaches to a bracket centered low on the rear casting and to the left lower link. The center link attaches to a bracket at the top of the casting under the seat and just to the right and above the PTO. There are several dealers for manuals probably including Yesterdays Tractors. They can also be found on E-Bay. Good Luck Enjoy
