Where do you live? I have the shaft and coupling to remove the shaft in your tractor.
We used it continually in our business. But the
logistics?? Chuck.

I live in north florida, where are you located?
Can it be changed without the shaft and coupling?
Another person recommended just getting a snap together belt. Not sure which route to take, was hoping it could be fixed without having to take it to the dealer. Any advice or how to would be appreciated.

Buy one of these adustable fan belts that snap together. That will save you having to remove the front pump.

There are a couple of ways to change the fan belt on the tractor with a front crankshaft driven pump you first remove the pump [1] You need an old pump to rob a shaft from. You then weld a socket to that the old pump shaft. If you have a regular transmission put both shift levers in high set the brakes turn the shaft clockwise the shaft has counterclockwise threads on it. The shaft can get very tight and if you have access to an impact wrench you will probably need it to bust the shaft loose If you have an industrial with the Instant Reverse (hydraulic shuttle) transmission you will have to use an impact for sure on them. [2] Without that homemade tool you remove the pump so the shaft can move forward. You unbolt the adapter plate from the crankshaft pulley. Some tractors there will be enough room you can slide the belt between the pulley and the adapter plate but most there will not be enough room for belt to slide through. If you don't have room to get the belt out and in you will have to put a jack under the oil pan to hold the weight (just take the weight do not raise the tractor) Loosen the six bolts 4 or 5 rounds the bolts that hold the front axle support to the engine so the front support can be pried forward enough to slide the belt through. You may also have to loosen the bolts the hold the front of the loader to the tractor.

If it is like my Ford 655A TLB with a front pump you must remove the bolts that hold the pump driveshaft to the harmonic balancer and pry it forward to R&R the belt.
