Hi! I have been looking in a number of serial listing page but cannot find mine. it is a 102SS or 55... but the serial number is 365369.

Pleas help! We have been looking for years to learn what year this model was made.

According to the Massey Tractor Data Book, you have a 1942 102 Senior, Standard.

I'm not sure yet, I have used Dave_Tex once or twice already, but I'm selling all my tractors and living in town, so my life as one of the guys is probably over.

As I pointed out in the reply, I got the info from the Massey Tractor Data Book,, Author is Keith Oltrogge. The Serial number info is also to the left under Research & Info. Massey Harris is kinda unique as their serial numbers don't overlap from model to model, so it's possible to tell what model it is by the serial number. Their were about 2400 102 Standards produced, but the early ones were the only ones that were produced with the low grade fuel, 244 engine. They later designations were called 102's because they were exported. There were about 4723 101 Standards built. Over 12000 101 Rowcrops and only 283 102 Rowcrops produced. All info from the Massey Tractor Data Book

Hi again, where you able to dowload the picture. it is of poor quality, i can get another one. You see my main probleme with this #@%$# tractor is that we have been serching for the past 10 years to try to find out how many where made. This site is not the first i have been on, and i always end up in a dead end. As i said befor in quebec the legend as it that 5 where made in canada and only 2 would remine, ours and a nother one. Legende or throut, will we ever know? One thing for shour, the side panels are not the same as the original book shows and we canot find in any listing the exacte serial number.And this tractor has always been regestered at the motor vehicule license with the serial number 365369. i dont know what to do, i shut the *&?%up and tell my ex that it was just a legende or who know's maybe not? Begging for advice!!! by the way it is in extremely good condition. how much may it worth? if you know.

p.s. by the way this specific model was never sent to the Nebraska university for testing...cause, i think they where going in europe for ww2

There is no picture. The serial numbers to the left under Research & Info shows the starting serial number for that years production, so the production numbers can easily be figured out. The tractor is alot rarer than a John Deere B, or Farmall H, but they are not that rare. I have an ad running now on Photo Ads, for my 101 Senior. I'm asking $3500 for a restored version. Unrestored in good shape with decent tires might be worth $1500 US dollars
