I have a chance to buy a 1967 MF 204 Fork lift. It is a gas tractor. The tractor has a blown head gasket and the exhaust manifold is broken. The tractor will run. Has a Fork lift on it that they say will work. I am thinking about buying this for $800. I will remove the Fork lift and just try to make a tractor out of it. Will it be real expensive to set up a 3 point and PTO on this tractor?

Thanks for any info or suggestions.

I think you should buy it,fix it up and
sell it as a forklift. I cannot come up
with my parts book but the tractor would
not likely have the internal hydraulics
for a three point etc. Does it have an
instant reverse trans?? foot pedal shift.
good for loader but not general work. For
$800 you could parts it out and make money.
Oh also no PTO. Chuck
