MF-35 Deluxe Diesel Fuel Gauge Pressure Switch

My local MF dealer tells me that this part is obsolete and no longer serviced. It turns the power on to the fuel gauge when the oil pressure comes up so that the gauge circuit does not run the battery down when the engine is not running.

One of the terminals on mine is broken off. I hooked the gauge circuit up to the headlight switch and the gauge works when the lights are on but I would like to replace the switch. Anyone know where I can get one?

Thanks, in advance.

Too bad the dealer can't supply, i suspect there are suppliers linked through this site and/or have a parts supply[ napa] look through their product book. I found a switch for a welder, but you have to look and read the info, lots to choose from, as to contact operation and operating pressures, etc
hope it helps

Thanks, Phil. I have checked a couple of other potentital sources including NAPA. The store owner, who I have known for 25+ years just shook his head and said "dealer." I was hoping that someone might have one on a parts tractor. If I cannot find one, I will figure something out. Right now it is hooked up to the headlight circuit so that the gauge works when the lights are on.
