sitting on the level it appears that my mustang could use a 6 inch (at least)in the rear, this would help raise the drawbar too. I have 12-28's on the rear ,Is it normal for these tractor s to look like they are preloaded ,as well the front tires are small in comparison to other tractors of the same size if I increase those it will be even more of a odd looking wheelie promoting firewood getter.as it doesnt lack for power I would be willing to upsize the tires if it would not cause a break or stress somewhere already known to be a weak link.

In order to increase tire size dramatically (like from a 28 to a 34) I would need to change the centers and then get another set of rims and tires to match the center size ,right?

My 22 which is the model before the Mustang has 34s and it sets level but 1st gear is kinda fast , your 28s would slow it down a bit .

The row crop Massey models came with 38" wheels, but used the same front wheels and gear ratios. So it looks a little down at the stern. Think of the extra pulling power of the lower gears.

How about finding a pair of tires with more tread on them? Years ago I bought a used pair from a farmer for $6.00 and spent $50.00 each to get them installed on the back of a Massey Harris 30. Larger tires certainly won't hurt the tractor.

If you want to raise the drawbar height you can weld appropriate pieces on to the top of the bar. The old 30 had a clevice arrangement raising bar height about 4". On my current 30 I welded on a piece of square tube to hold a trailer hitch ball receiver. This allows a variety of hitch heights, or I can remove it and use the original bar.
