david. the saga continues.Things sort of piled up around here, it has never stopped snowing andthe wife now refuses to shovel the driveway but i am now back at the 165but i have been reading your replies and have always thought that the answer was there but that i just could not see it. regardless the unit i have does not have the pressure contrlbut while reading your replies for the fifthteen time i i caught something . you stated that with the position control in the transport position that there should be light pressure on the spring snd the the rod should only be just into the frame. when i got this assembly at the beginning ther were cotter pins in the rods about three quarters of an inch from the end and the book that i havemade no mention of them.when i removed them everything that you said fell into place..are they suppose to be there???? thanks again sam
