Whenever I push clutch in after pushing my loader into dirt or pushing snowblower into perhaps a bit too much snow, i.e.making the gears work a bit harder, I an unable to move gear shift lever out of gear, can"t getinto neutral; ..by letting clutch out again, I can get it out of gear while the tractor is on a slight roll,..but most often I have to double clutch; push clutch down into stage 2, then it still takes both hands to get lever out of gear into neutral.

Hi,
Does your tractor have Multi-Power transmission? If it does, that might be your 'problem'. If you do, have you tried pusing the clutch pedal all the way to the floor? If you are in MP 'High' this will allow you to shift to neutral easily. Alternatively move the MP lever to 'low' and the same will happen. If you do not have MP, it sounds like you have a badly adjusted or worn clutch.

Yes ,it is Multi Power,..I keep it on Engine Braking mode; if I don't, it takes off like a bat otta he__, on the downhill grades.
As I noted, I do push the clutch into 2nd stage,.i.e. all the way to the floor to get it out of gear but still takes a lot of force with both hands on lever; pushing clutch down the whole way is normally only req'd to put the PTO into gear,.i.e. has a 2 stage clutch.
Will take off the Multi power lever next time its stuck in gear to see if any easier to get back into neutral.
