hydraulic oil in crankcase

I have a M-H 44 diesel, the oil keeps rising in the crankcase and it is not fuel, If I fill the hydraulic reservoir full to the top in 2 days it looses 2 quarts and ends up in the sump,this happens when the tractor is not running. Are there seals on the market that I could purchase, Steve

It sounds like the oil is going past the seal on your hydraulic pump.That is where I would check first.

yes Bruce that is it , I took it appart, all I need now is to find that seal, the place I usely go to,Motion industries says they cant find it, so it looks like it won"t be easy to find it. Thanks Steve
