A friend recently acquired a 135. What are the strong/weak points of these little tractors?

Thanks

don't put weights in excess of 250kg as it will break front axle, had it done twice to mine

brilliant tractors.

put some water in the back tyres otherwise they tend to spin a bit

some people like to add 10% or so on the fuel pump - sometimes just sometimes they need that bit more power. Never needed it with mine - done some bludy good work, taken some abuse and it will carry on without a roblem.

if its erkins 3cyl diesel it wont let you down.

Outstanding little tractors. There is nothing new on the market today that compares. Strong points are great fuel economy (w/the Perkins, don't know about gas models), the Ferguson hydraulic system, reliability of the Perkins and most systems, availibility of parts, maneuverability, dual stage clutch, resale value. The only recurring problem I experienced with the half-
dozen or so 100 series MF's I have owned was with the power steering pumps.
