Hi Sam,
The levers at the side of the seat as you probably know control the lift arms.
The inner one (square knob) is the position control and pressure control lever.
The inner quadrant is divided into two halves. You need not be bothered with the forward half at the moment.

On the rear half you will see a decal or the words position control stamped into the metal.
At the top you will see transport and constant pumping. The lever is used in position control and the position of the lift linkage is relevant to the position of the lever.
When the lever is fully raised make sure that you can lift the linkage by hand and that it is not tight. IF it is move the adjustable stop until the linkage becomes free and secure it.
The outer lever (round knob) is the draft lever.
This is used to control the depth of a soil engaging implement. If you are only using something like a transport box the position control lever is the only one to use.
Under the seat on the right hand side you will find a short lever and quadrant maked response.
The transmission oil dipstick fits into this quadrant. It can be moved between slow and fast and is self priming so make sure that your oil level is correct.
Hope this helps
David P
