I have a MF35 with a Perkins that wasn't started in 5 years. I changed the fuel and fuel filters, and bled the air out of the system....I think. The filters have no air, the two bleeders in the injection pump have no air, it's a CAV pump. The line from the secondary to the rear of the injection pump, where the lines go from the pump to the injector on the engine, has fuel. But no fuel in the lines. I thought the shaft in the injection pump may have broken but it's not. I can't get any presure in the lines. Any ideas on this problem? Am I missing something? Is the pump junk? Thanks.

under the aluminum cover on the rear of the pump there are two pump vanes, and under these there is a pin in the hollow center of the shaft.if this pin is stuck you wont get fuel to the injectors.
