My 202 Work Bull has a Power stereing resevoir that looks aurtomotive in design. You screw off the cover and fill it directly. I am in the process of replacing power steering hoses that rusted out (the steel tubing) I was able to get used replacements from a MF salvage yard in Pa. (717-776-6242) FYI

The power steering fluid goes in the PS pump on the left front of the motor. The hydraulic oil goes into the loader frame on the right side above the control valve. The breather cap unscrews, and has a dipstick suspended from a chain to the cap.

You are only taking off the breather cap. I thought I had the same problem (no dipstick) on my industrial 20. Take off the apparatus (looks like a long bolt) that the breather cap screws into, the dipstick is attached to the bottom. This is also where you add hydraulic fluid.

To fill the PS reservoir, I screw a diswashing detergent cap to the PS fluid bottle. This makes the reservior easier to fill as the fill spot is right on the side of the pump. Position the bottle and then pull open the top. When the reservior is full, press the bottle against the side of the pump and the spout closes. You won't spill as much. this works better than a funnel.

Our 204 has a reservoir on the pump, if yours doesn't follow the lines from the pump, you should find a tank to put oil in somewhere. :) Your Massey dealer likely can get you a new dipstick for the cap.
