Massey 1155, perkins motor - dies out when warm

My Massey started dieing out when I would idle back, now it starts to die out even when its running full throttle. Fuel filter has been changed, but it still does it. Any one got any ideas?

I just had a similar problem with my 1150. The lift pump was the problem. I replaced it with an inline electric fuel pump. Pump cost $37.00 at a local auto supply. No more hand priming the fuel filters when changing them. The lift pump is in a pretty hard to reach spot in the V8's.

Hi,
A couple of thoughts; there may be more than one filter to clean or change. Slacken the fuel filler cap and see if you have the problem. Some UK tractors have had vacuums in the fuel tank and have had similar problems.
