OK, real easy question here for someone who knows, how do you engage the PTO on a TO-30? I am going to be putting one up for sale soon and need to know if it functions in case someone asks. The hydraulics work fine, I just can;t see the PTO spinning in the back. Also any suggestions on a selling price? I know this is hard without knowing details, but it's goa a blade, new switches and electrical (6 volt), one new rim, lots of rubber left on the tires. Problems are the other rear rim will need to be replaced soon (getting rusted) and it is leaking grease from the bottom of the tractor. Thanks for any advice!

There is a handle on the left side under the seat that moves fore and aft. This engages/disengages both the PTO AND the hydraulic pump. As the previous writer said, if the lift operates then the PTO should be turning. If it isn't, the shaft maybe sheared or the PTO cover is on and you can't see the PTO shaft.

Anytime the hydraulics are raising the 3 point, the PTO should be turning. Asking prices where I am run from about $1,200-3,500 depending on condition.
