When I needed the oil filter for my 101 Senior, I took the canister in to Napa, and the guy from Napa found one that worked.

In my experiance with continental engines in Oliver and Silver King tractors, Fram C3 or C3P or C4 or C4P are the most used filters.

The C3 and C4 are cotton filled and C3P and C4P are paper filled, but they will interchange as long as they are the same number.

Normally, but not always, the 4 cyls. use the C3 style (smaller) and the 6 cyls use the C4 style (larger).

This will give you an idea of where to start looking.
