molds and aluminum , zamac and other metal alloy die casting products
since 1990 in the Republic of Turkey in the city of Konya . Production

We give our production which are about on tractor engine parts directly
tractor factory(TUMOSAN) which is located in konya Turkey. And other
parts for local marketings and export other countries (direct &
indirect) as after market goods..We also can respond die casting products for cutomers according to
samples or drawings. Our machinary range: A) for casting : In our company, at once we can cast up to 7,5 kgs. aliminium and zamac
alloy with hot and cold chamber metal injection presses. Our casting machine range : -1/1000 toned cold chamber metal injection press ( it will be soon.. in 3-4 mounths)

Operation after casting:
If it is required, it is possible to give surface cleaning, shining and
shaving with vibration, work with CNC machines and other shaving
