I bought a NICE Ford 702 front end loader with 2- 1 1/2" Opperating Hydraulic Cylinders for $200.00 and could not turn it down! I made the mounts for it to bolt on today and it will fit good and leaves the sides of the engine compartment open to get to the engine. Question is using the internal pump on the tractor at 2,800 psi and 4.5 gpm (I Think) will it be able to lift a 1,800 lb bale of hay? I know right now and for the last few years I have been lifting them with the rear forks on the 3 point OK on one cylinder. Don't want to spend the extra money to set up a front pump on my tractor. Do you think it will work, the loader is stronge enought to do the job. Thanks, Mark H.

That seems like an awful lot of weight on the front end. I hope you have power steering.

Tractor data has the 135 listed at 3645 lbs. You might lift 1800 lbs with a front loader, but moveing around safely ??? Lou

I only have to move it a short distants and do not have to lift it much except off the ground to move. I will not stack hay with it just put it out for the cows. I have a Case Loader come over to unload the 60+ tons of Big Bale hay and put it in the barn for me. Problem with the rear forks is I have to lift it high to stablize the load and that makes it hard to drive around with a light front end. Mark H.

I have the MF 135 Orchard so it has the stronger solid steel axle and twin Power Steering rams right on the axle. Just like this one. Mark H.

Boy, that power steering would be nice. With a 35 I find myself cranking the wheel like mad with a bucketload of manure.

You may find yourself hauling two bales at a time, just to balance the tractor.
