We have a MF 98 with a 371 engine. Have used it for a number of years just plowing snow. Have been recently informed that only 500 of these were built with the GM diesel. Unit is in excellent condition. Can anyone give us some insight as to a collector's value?

These are oliver 99 w/ different tin. MF was selling them. Perkins, didn't like MF selling tractor with a different diesel than there's so MF stopped. They are rare. The situation is similiar to the 95, 97.

: Saw an Mf 98 on an MF dealer's lot fitted for tractor pulls. Good shape but no PTO and Just a ring instead of a drawbar. He was asking $8900 CDN and don't know if he got it. Seemed a pretty stiff price.
