hello, sorry for the delay in getting back with you.....been out of town..... anyway, looking at the back of the pump, the governor gearcase cover plate.....there should be a little shaft sticking out witha set screw in it.....I think possible 1/8 inch allen wrench with move it? Sometimes there is a plug over this setscrew that hide it or the opening is leaded in or siliconed in..... just take a dental pick and work around the opening to open it up. I believe that you screw the setscrew out to increase fuel and in to decrease fuel....just remember.....turn the screw A LITTLE BIT AT A TIME and don't overdo it!!!! If you are not sure about the whereabouts of the screw or adusting the pump then email me back.....good luck
