I bought a 1962 model MF35 last year and used it quite a bit last summer. This summer I have used it some and started fixing some things and chnaging the fluids. I found quite a bit of coolant in the oil when I changed the oil. Since then I have checked the oil and found a small amount of coolant in the oil. It seems to settle to the bottom of the pan and I can drain it out. Is this a bad head gasket like I think or are there other causes for the coolant in the oil. What could I be looking for in reguards to fixing the problem, (parts, cost, etc.). What would be the problems with continuing to use the tractor with the coolant leak? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Could be the head gasket and or sleeve seals. As far as running it can't say for sure but most of the time its a big no no to do so. The anti freeze will keep the oil from doing its job and can cause bad high $$ problems in an engine fast
