Multi-Power is slipping very much and seat won't rise but can tell it is trying to. PTO turns but haven't tested if it slips also under load. This tractor has been sitting outside for years. Hyd oil looks good but havent checked the filter yet. Is that pressure coming from the charge pump or the main pump? Thanks in advance. Got the tractor week ago so I'm not so familiar with it yet! ps. steering and 3-point working good

There is two parts of the charge pump, the small end feeds the multi power, pto and seat. The other end feeds the radial pump in front.(I think) If the seat won't raise you probably have a pump flow issue. Check the strainer in the bottom of the transmission housing. Don't use the multi power while slipping. It won't slip for very long and then you'll have low only.
