I have seen the engines in the 33, 44, 55, 333, 444, and 555 called Massey Harris. Were these Continental engines or something else?

Your first impression was right. They were all Continental. The models you have
mentioned were all over head valve engines.. I cut
my teeth as a kid growing up in Penna. on the 81,
30 & the 44. Great tractors...pretty trouble free too.

That's why you seldom see Massey's in the shows.

They're still pullin' their share in the fields while the rest are retired to the shows. I'd paint up my 2135 but I'm too busy using it.
