I change the hydralic oil in a 202 MF. Now the 3 point wants to come up but not down. When it comes up the pump wants to run all the time. what might I look for or have done wrong?? All levers are set where they need to be Thanks William.

You probably have a stuck control valve this is quite common on those old tractors. You can usually drain the oil down to just below the bottom bolt on the access plate with the dipstick in it. remove the plate in side you will see to small levers sticking up with a roller between them. with the engine running pull those lever toward the rear of the tractor that will usually unstick the control valve. you may have to pull them back and release them 4 or 5 times to get it unstuck. If I can be of further help Email me.
